Can I return prescription only medication?

Unfortunately we are prohibited from accepting returns of prescription only products by our veterinary governing bodies, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Medicines Directorate.

Please therefore ensure your order is correct at time of placing it, as once your items are dispatched this can not be cancelled.

Can I return non-prescription medications?

We can accept returns of non-prescription products so long as it is within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. We need the products to be unused, in good condition and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately unless an item is faulty or has been sent to you in error, we can not pay for the cost of returning an item and you will be responsible for packaging it securely and all return postage fee’s.

We are also unable to accept a return if a product has been opened, is in poor condition (except through delivery fault when being sent to you) or has been used.

Do I receive a refund if I have returned an item?

If we made an error with your order, or it was damaged in transit then you will be eligible to receive a full refund, including postage costs, upon providing proof of the error.

If you have simply changed your mind and the product is unwanted, or an incorrect size was ordered, then yes you will receive a full refund for the product once we have received it back with us, so long as the terms of our returns policy are met (the return is processed within 14 days of your receipt, the product is unused, received back to us in good condition and in the original packaging). However in these circumstances we are unable to cover the cost of postage for returning the items and you will remain liable for packaging and postage fee’s.
