Rycoben is a broad spectrum fluke and worm control for the major
benzimidazole-sensitive parasites of sheep including: Adult and
immature gastro-intestinal roundworms: Bunostomum, Chabertia, Cooperia,
Haemonchus, Nematodirus, Oesophagostomum, Ostertagia (Teledorsagia),
Strongyloides and Trichostrongylus. Lungworms: Dictyocaulus filaria.
Tapeworms: Moniezia spp. Adult liver fluke: Fasciola hepatica. Rycoben
is ovicidal and is effective against mature and immature roundworms and
lungworms. It is also effective against removing heads and segments of
tapeworms. It controls adult liver fluke and treats chronic
fasciolosis. Rycoben also aids in the prevention of cobalt and selenium
deficiency.
