Pathocef 250mg Intramammary Suspension is indicated for the single dose treatment of clinical mastitis in lactating cows.Clinical mastitis caused by a wide range of organisms including the following pathogens has been shown to respond to treatment with Pathocef Intramammary Suspension: Streptococcus agalactiae; Streptococcus dysgalactiae; Streptococcus uberis; Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillinase producing strains); Escherichia coli; Arcanobacterium (Actinomyces) pyogenes; Pseudomonas aeruginosa; Micrococcus spp.; Klebsiella spp.The contents of one 10 ml syringe should be injected into the infected quarter immediately after milking. Before injection the teat should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
