If you are ordering a product that requires a prescription you need to:

Indications:
Infections caused by Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria.
Bronchopulmonary, gastrointestinal infections, parenchymal mastitis,
reticuloperitonitis, metritis, phlegmon, infected wounds and purulent
lesions.
