If you are ordering a product that requires a prescription you need to:

Obtain a valid prescription from your vet
Upload your prescription when you place your order, alternatively you can post or email it to us. In some cases, such as for controlled drugs (e.g. Epiphen), we require the original prescription to be posted to us.

dermatitis, pyoderma) and skin adnexa (hair, claws, sweat glands), as
well as for the treatment of otitis externa, caused by infections with
the following miconazole and polymyxin B sensitive pathogens:

Escherichia coli

Yeasts and fungi
Malassezia pachydermatis
Candida spp.
Microsporum spp.
Trichophyton spp.

For the topical treatment of otitis externa caused by the ear mite
Otodectes cynotis.
