Fortekor is indicated for the treatment of congestive heart failure in dogs and reduction of proteinuria associated with chronic kidney disease in cats.In dogs with congestive heart failure, Fortekor reduces the blood pressure and volume load on the heart.In cats with chronic kidney disease, Fortekor significantly reduces the levels of urine protein and urine protein to creatinine ratio.
