Exocin eye drops contain the active ingredient ofloxacin, a synthetic
4-quinolone antibiotic with activity against a broad spectrum of Gram
negative and to a lesser degree Gram positive organisms. It is normally
reserved for when other antibacterial agents are ineffective.
